These terms govern your use of tabnakjavan.com, a comparison and review site covering sports betting in the UAE. They explain what this site is, what it is not, how our rankings and commercial relationships work, and what you are responsible for if you act on anything you read here. What this site does, and what it cannot do for you

The UAE legal position you agree you have read

This is the most important term on the page, so it sits near the top rather than buried at the bottom.

The GCGRA, established in September 2023, regulates commercial gaming in the UAE. Its remit covers the national lottery operated by The Game LLC, the land-based licence held by Wynn Al Marjan Island, and online gaming — including a Sports Wagering licence and an Internet Gaming licence. To date, a single operator has been authorised under that online framework. The licensed online product is geolocation-restricted to players physically inside the UAE, prohibits VPN use, and is limited to those aged 21 and over.
